Thank you for choosing to rent a property through us.  We have been leasing homes in the Seattle area for 14 years.

Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of residential services.  Please let us know when you have questions or need assistance with your home.  Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Saturday 9 – 5.  We are on call Sunday and evenings for emergencies.  If you have an after hours emergency call our office (206) 568-3195 and select maintenance from the main menu.  Follow the directions for an emergency.  If someone you know needs a home to rent, We have a large selection of fine homes in the Metropolitan area.
